Customized CRM system and Web portal to increase efficiency
AIRSIS supported the San Diego Convention Center with customization to its CRM system and Web portals to increase the efficiency of sales and marketing personnel, and streamline collaboration with partner hotels. AIRSIS enhanced the Convention Center’s CRM platform to integrate hotel load calculations directly within the CRM process. AIRSIS also developed an extranet and custom reporting for use by partner hotels to increase the efficiency of booking major events at the Convention Center.
