Web-based billing and workflow management system
AIRSIS developed eNAPS, a Web-based workflow management system to enhance operational efficiency and back-office reporting between NAPS’s 3,500-employee Tijuana operations and its Del Mar, CA headquarters. The use of eNAPS has significantly enhanced customer service by allowing client access to billing and invoice detail from a secure extranet site. The automated billing system interfaces with the NAPS system in Mexico, freeing up accounting personnel and minimizing errors. AIRSIS created eNAPS in-line with NAPS vision of creating value-added services through sustainable, environmentally sound strategies.
